Dear Owners of Turnberry Court Condos,
The Board of Directors at Turnberry Court would like to provide you with an update for some changes that will be taking effect over the next few weeks.
In an effort to provide you with transparency and confidence, after much consideration, the board has decided to accept the resignation of our current property management team.
The decision to accept came from ongoing and tiresome requests for safeguards including additional contract management practices, updated business processes, streamlined governance, better project management, and oversight with decisions regarding owner/resident grievances.
The board is confident that accepting the separation will allow us to move forward with implementing policies and procedures that would benefit all owners/residents and the corporation as a whole. We would like to assure all owners we are working diligently to ensure a seamless transition.
The board is in the process of sourcing new property management. Upon selection, new processes will be addressed for vendor/contract selection, and project and financial management. The board will provide you with an update once new property management is secured.
