Dear Turnberry Court Owners and Residents,

Here are some friendly reminders;

Fitness Facilities

Residents are welcomed to use the gym again.   In order to  comply with current regulations, all users are asked to sign in at the concierge desk.  A maximum of 4 individuals are permitted in the gym area.  Sessions are limited to 45 minutes to 1 hour only.  Please be considerate to your neighbours.  If needed, please bring your own towel and/or covering while you are using the gym equipment.  The last admission is at 09:15 p.m.  The gym closes at 10:00 p.m. sharp.   You may reserve a time by contacting the Superintendent at 416-835-0058 or the Concierge Desk at 416-223-9355.

Insurance Requirements

Owners and tenants are reminded to maintain property and liability insurance at all times.  The Corporation maintains the required policies and coverage for common elements and as required by the Condominium Act (1998).   An Insurance Agent will be able to advise you on adequate coverage.

In-suite Repairs

Planning repairs and renovations?  Remember to submit a Renovation Request Form and only hire contractors that are licensed, have valid liability insurance, and WSIB clearance certificate.  You are responsible for their workmanship and any damage that may be the outcome of these repairs and renovations.  

Proper Storage in Locker Rooms

Do you use a locker?!  Please do not store flammable or combustible materials in the lockers.  This is not only against the regulations, but also creates a fire hazard for our community.  You are reminded that storing objects, including ladders, boxes, and any another material outside and/or on top of the lockers is not permitted and is in violation of the Fire Code.   Please take a moment to clean up the area around your locker.
