Dear Turnberry Court Owners,
This is a friendly reminder that in order to ensure your financial privacy and security, we are limited to collecting physical cheques only until the Corporation is able to resume automatic withdrawals, beginning Dec 1st.
We are asking all owners to submit the following payments via cheque:
A cheque for your October unit maintenance fee (if not already submitted)
A cheque for your October locker fee (if applicable, and not already submitted)
A cheque for your November unit maintenance fee (if not already submitted)
A cheque for your November locker fee (if applicable, and not already submitted)
Please clearly indicate the purpose of the payment and your suite # in the memo line on each cheque. If you are unsure of the amount due for each of the above please email Management@turnberrycourt.org for more information, or refer to the amount(s) paid in your September bank statement.
Please place your cheques in the management office mail slot, or leave them with Roy at the concierge desk.
We ask that you submit all of the above by no later than Monday, November 15th, 2021.
