The Corporation is diligently working on re-establishing the automated process to collect your common element fee contributions, effective December 1, 2021 .  

In order to meet banking requirements, we are asking all owners to kindly complete the attached Pre-authorized Payment form and return it along with a "Void" cheque.   You may obtain a pre-authorized payment form (void cheque) from your web banking portal provided by your financial institution.

You may download a PAP form by clicking HERE or obtain a printed copy from the management office or the concierge desk.   Please submit your completed PAP form and a void cheque by no later than, Monday, November 22, 2021, either via email or by dropping off the completed forms at the office.   We kindly ask for your cooperation and attention to this matter as we continue to improve services to our community.
