Dear Owners and Residents:

We are very excited to inform you that the Corporation is moving ahead with refurbishment of the common areas.   This year, we faced many challenges including changes in property management, supply chain issues, and uncertainty caused by the pandemic. 

The Board of Directors and your condominium manager are now finalizing the scope of the project, have negotiated better pricing, and will soon be presenting the final drawings of proposed changes.   We anticipate that the actual work on the building to begin in late January or February 2022. 

We are also excited that the new negotiated project price, with prudent planning, may allow us to increase the scope of the project in late 2022, and have a significant positive impact on the value of our home and investment.
