Dear Owners and Residents:

In compliance with the Ontario Fire Code, and as the result of a recent inspection by Toronto Fire,  all occupants of locker units are asked to promptly inspect their units, and remove any items stored outside and above their lockers. 

Please remove all items outside of your locker by no later than Monday, December 20, 2021, 

at which time the Corporation will remove and dispose of all items left in common areas and above lockers 

at owner and/or occupier expenses.  

Please note that the Corporation, staff, or agents may not be held responsible for any damage or loss of items left in common areas and/or outside of lockers.  A clean up and disposal fee of $35 will be applied against offending units.
