Please be advised that you may experience delay in pedestrian and vehicular access through Turnberry Court Lane until approx. 5:00 p.m. today.   This  due to an earlier mechanical failure at a M2M construction crane facing South (our property).  

Please exercise due caution, and obey the instructions provided by on-site signal staff.  We do apologise about inconvenience and appreciate your attention to this matter.
