We are very excited to provide you with a few updates on our upcoming projects. 

Common Areas Refurbishment

We anticipate that the refurbishment of common areas will commence on February 7, 2022.  During the first week of February, we will collaborate with Folio Interiors to finalize the logistics and take the necessary steps launch this project.   Further details will be provided shortly. 

Emergency Backup Generator

The Corporation has finalized the agreement to decommission the diesel generator currently installed on Mechanical PH.  This will ensure that we meet all the requirements as set by the Toronto Fire and other related Codes.    Further details will be provided to you in upcoming weeks. 

Doors, locks, and Accessibility

In order to ensure our building meets the requirements of AODA and Fire Code, the Board has approved a series of repairs to existing doors, locks and operators.  This project will replace, and repair the series of door and locks that are currently not functioning or not meeting the requirements.    We anticipate this project to begin on the week of February 7th.   Please be mindful of workers, provide them with space to work, and drive carefully while in underground parking.   Your safety and well-being is our top priority.
