Dear Owners and Residents:

Please be advised that due to failed remote reader, the garage door is left open to provide access to the residents.  

When entering and exiting, please 

• exercise extra caution when entering and exiting the garage, 

• do not exceed 10 km/hr speed limit, 

• watch out for contractors that may be crossing the ramp to dispose of the construction water, 

• Lock and secure your vehicles, and your valuables, and 

• be aware of slippery conditions due to snow.  

A service call was placed and we are waiting for the necessary parts to arrive.  We do apologize for any inconvinience this may have caused you.
