Dear Owners and Residents:
Please note that we experienced a heating loop failure overnight. This matter is now corrected. If you do not have heat in your suite, please reset your heat pump.
To reset your heat pump, please take the following steps:
1) Switch OFF the thermostat,
2) Turn OFF the breaker for the heat pump,
3) Allow a few minutes (3-5) minutes to pass,
4) Turn ON the breaker for the heat pump,
5) Turn ON the thermostat.
These steps should reset your heat pump and you should have heat in your suite.
