Dear Owners and Residents:
Please note that the next phase of refurbishment project will take place as per below:
Location: Ground floor, East Exit, Loading dock
Time: Wednesday, March 22th to Thursday March 24th
Details: Removal of existing tiles, preparation of the floors for new tiles, and new tile installation
Restrictions: No access to the East Exit/Loading Area. Moving and deliveries will not be permitted during this time. All residents are asked to use alternate exit on the Ground floor.
Residents of units 109 and 110 will be accommodated, as best as possible.

Location: Ground floor, P1, P2
Time: Friday, March 18, 2022 to Friday, March 25, 2022
Details: Installation of Sprinkler System in Lobby and Ground Floor Elevator vestibules
Restrictions: Please exercise due caution when entering and exiting the floors, be aware of workers, and their equipment.

Work continues on residential corridors, including wall preparation, plastering and sanding throughout the next week.
