APPLICABLE TO OWNERS RENTING A LOCKER ONLY
Dear Turnberry Court Owners,
As we continue to improve our existing processes, increase efficiencies, and provide more transparent transactions, effective April 1, 2022, Common Element fees and Locker Rental fees will be withdrawn as two separate transactions.
This will allow owners to have an accurate record of their contributions to CEA fees. All other owners who are enrolled in the PAP program, and rent a locker from the Corporation, will see a separate line for their rental dues.
This process will not impact the owners who process their payments via a cheque or bank draft.
