Dear Owners and Residents:

We kindly ask that all residents exercise due caution, cooperate with the building staff, security guards, and painters while we are painting the doors, frames, and thresholds.  

Please allow the paint to dry and cure on the wood.  While entering and exiting your suite, please do not step on the thresholds, or touch newly painted surfaces.  

Your support in this matter is anticipated and greatly appreciated.
