Dear Owners and Residents,
We would like to thank everyone for their on-going support and patience during this project.
The crew will continue to work on the suite doors, thresholds, and door frames on your floors as noted below. This part of the project will require access to all suites as noted. A member of the building staff and/or a security guard will accompany our contractors.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
Suite Entrances
Floors 6 and 7 April 13 to April 14, 2022
Floors 8 ,9, and 10 Week of April 18, 2022
Preparation by unit owner/residents
• Clear the area around the door
• Remove any floor mats and fragile items
• Remove extra decorations, door knockers, etc.
• Secure your pets in a room or cage. This process can generate mechanical noise that can be disturbing to your pets
• You may hear mechanical noise throughout the building this time
Please note that the paint needs approx. 30 days to cure. You are kindly asked to refrain from hanging decorations, banners, and additional fixtures to the doors.
Work continues and will continue on plastering and repairs to common area walls and ceilings for the next few weeks. During this time, please anticipate some dust and debris on the floors.
