Dear Owners and Residents,

Please be advised that there has been an increase in the number of incidents involving homeless and transient individuals in our community.   As a Corporation, we sympathize with the needs of our community and support the initiatives of the local and federal authorities, specially the Welcome Centre at 5800 Yonge Street. 

We encourage all residents to take the necessary steps to ensure the your safety. 

1) Do not open the door for strangers, and do not allow tailgaters

2) Lock you car and do not leave valuables in plain view

3) Residents on the ground floors are encouraged to close their windows when they are not home

4) Report all suspicious activities or individuals to Toronto Police at 416-808-3200 or for violent crimes call 9-1-1.  Please notify management and security staff of all incidents, including any pictures you may have

5) Do not engage with aggressive and/or disturbed individuals

We have been fortunate enough to avoid any incidents at Turnberry Court.   Be vigilant and take the safety of your home and community seriously.
