Dear Owners and Residents,

With the summer season fast approaching,  the Corporation would like to remind everyone of some very important rules.  These rules are set in place for the protection of you, your family and the community.  Please familiarize yourself with these rules, and respect the instructions of the building staff. 

At the moment, We are working with our contractors to prepare the pool and green areas for your enjoyment in near future.  While the pool area is not open, the green areas maybe used by residents (adults only).  To gain access to the BBQ and green areas, please contact one of the building staff, and we will be more than glad to grant you access.  

The following is a summary of the Corporation's rules. 

1) Access to swimming pool and the grass area is prohibited before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. 

2) The Corporation does not supervise the Amenities.  Accordingly, amenities are used at the sole risk of the user and user shall take precautions to prevent injury and/or property damage. 

3) The Corporation is not responsible for any injury, property loss or damage that may be sustained or incurred by users. 

4) The persons who are  not Residents or Guests of a Resident (max of 4) are prohibited from access to or use any of the facilities and amenities. 

5) A youth under sixteen (16) years of age must be accompanied by a Resident adult  while using amenities.

6) Running, vulgar language, boisterous behavior, food, drink, glass, stereos used without earphones, and property not required for the activity are prohibited.

7) Use of the Emergency Telephone in the Whirlpool and Swimming Pool area is prohibited, except to call for Emergency assistance. 

8) Using of the swimming pool and grass area is prohibited when under influence of alcohol or drugs or without prior medical consultation when elderly, pregnant, or suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, a communicable disease, a rash or open sores. 

9) Use of swimming pool shall be in compliance with all City codes, and is operated as an unsupervised pool.

10) Youth under twelve (12) years of age are not permitted within the swimming pool enclosure unless accompanied by a resident who is at least sixteen (16) years of age. 

11) Total number of bathers on the deck and in the pool shall not exceed ten (10). 

12) Proper swimwear shall be worn while on the swimming pool deck or in the pool.  Sandals or similar footware shall be worn when not swimming.  Cut off shorts and tank tops are not proper swimwear. 

13) A cleansing shower shall be taken before entering the pool and when re-entering the pool after sunbathing.

14) A bather shall not swim alone.

15) Playing and equipment to play are prohibited

16) Rafts and floatation devices, except when used for personal assistance to swim, are prohibited.

17) Diving, running, splashing, and yelling is not permitted. 

18) The provided furnishing shall be returned under the cabana after use. 

19) Smoking on the pool desk and in the grass area is prohibited. 

20) Litter shall be placed in garbage receptacle. 

21) NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS ARE PERMITTED.
