We would like to thank everyone for their on-going support and patience during this project.
The construction crew will continue to work on the interior finishes as per following schedule. Other activities may be taking place as needed.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
May 4 - 13 Demolition of lobby.
May 2 onward Management Office renovations
May 2 onward Installation of new electrical receptacles on all floors
April 27 onward Wall paper installation starting from the 2nd floor
Week of April 25 onward Primer Hallway Walls. starting 2nd floor (approx. 2 floors per day)
Week of April 25 onward Painting of hallway ceilings starting at 2nd floor
Please note that during the lobby renovations, the residents are asked to exercise due caution in work areas, refrain from using the main entrance and use alternative exits. Demolishing the floor will generate dust, noise and vibration in the building. Please plan accordingly.
Individuals requiring assistance with access to the building will be accommodated by a building staff. Please do not hesitate to contact the office.
