Dear Owners and Residents,
Over the past few weeks, the building staff have observed an increasing number of people who ignore the rules in place and risk the safety and wellbeing of yourself and your neighbours.
The speed limit on the property is 10 km/h! This is set in order to ensure safety of residents (specially children) walking to their car or around the property
When entering and exiting the underground garage, please STOP, activate the door using garage remote and only proceed when you have the green light
Proceed with CAUTION! Expect the unexpected and do not charge the door!
Drive on the RIGHT side of the ramp. Ramp is designed for vehicles to enter and exit at the same time.
Report any issue to the management immediately!
