Dear Owners; 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I wish to thank you for your participation and feedback on this matter.   We received an overwhelming response and passionate feedback to this survey.  All a sign of a healthy,  engaging, and vibrant community.  

As noted in our original email, in order to make amendments to the Declaration, an 80% approval rate from owners is required.   As the survey came to a close, there were over 50% of owners who did not support this change.     As such, this matter is now closed and will not be considered further.  

As always, we sincerely appreciate all your feedback and input in this matter, and look forward to your participation in future business of the Corporation.
