Dear Owners and Residents,
We would like to thank everyone for their on-going support and patience during this project.
The construction crew will begin to work on refinishing the surfaces of the lobby area on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
On Wednesday, May 25, 2022, residents will not have access to Ground Level (1) elevator vestibules. There is fresh cement on the floor. Please refrain from entering the blocked off areas.
The remainder of the week of May 23, 2022, the lobby will remain closed for resurfacing.
Application of Wallpapers, repairs to walls and ceilings will continue throughout the building.
Please note that during the lobby renovations, the residents are asked to exercise due caution in work areas, refrain from using the main entrance and use alternative exits. The resurfacing of the lobby floor may require occasion use of hammers to remove uneven surfaces.
Individuals requiring assistance with access to the building will be accommodated by a building staff. Please do not hesitate to contact the office.
Additional details will be provided as necessary. Once again, we appreciate your understanding and support in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
