We would like to thank everyone for their on-going support and patience during this project.
The construction crew will begin to work on refinishing the surfaces of the lobby area on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
Thursday, May 26, 2022
Between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Final leveling and resurfacing of the lobby area. During this time you will experience noise and dust associated with leveling of the concreate surface.
Please refrain from using the lobby.
Friday, May 27, 2022
Between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tile setting, Ground floor - elevator vestibule
No access to Ground floor elevator vestibule during this time
Please note that during the lobby renovations, the residents are asked to exercise due caution in work areas, refrain from using the main entrance and use alternative exits. The resurfacing of the lobby floor may require occasion use of hammers to remove uneven surfaces.
Individuals requiring assistance with access to the building will be accommodated by a building staff. Please do not hesitate to contact the office.
Additional details will be provided as necessary. Once again, we appreciate your understanding and support in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
