Dear Owners and Residents,

Please be advised that the underground garage will be closed for power washing on

Thursday, June 9, 2022

Between 08:00 a.m. and 4 p.m.

As per posted notices, please remove all vehicles, and any other personal belongings from your parking spot.  All material left behind will be disposed of and the Corporations can not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

There will be no visitor parking after 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.  Any visitor vehicles parked after 9:00 p.m. are subject to 

enforcement and will be tagged at owner's expense.  

Resident's can start parking in the visitor parking area as of 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening.   Space is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis.   Parking in Fire Lane is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.  Additional parking spaces are available at the adjoining TTC parking lot.  

We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
