Dear Owners and Residents,

We wish to thank you for your continued patience and understanding during the refurbishment project. 

1) 1st Floor Residential corridor:  Starting, Friday, June 17, access to loading dock and tiled areas of  the ground floor will be restricted to accommodate tile setting in this area.  We ask residents to use alternate entry and exit points during this time.   

2) Lobby: work in the ground floor lobby continues with painting and wall preparation in the upcoming week.

3) New Hardware (lock and door handles):  Replacement project will begin on Tuesday, June  21, 2022.  During this time, the locksmiths will be accompanied by a Security Guard or a member of the building staff.  Additional details will be provided on a separate email. 

4) Wallpapers and Painting:  Painting and wall paper application continues in the building.   Like many other businesses, we continue to face challenges with supply chain availability. 

5) Party-room:  The refurbishments in party-room is going as planned and we anticipate to have this portion of the project wrapped up at the same time with the rest of the building. 

Please follow the posted directions and consider your own safety and the safety of the worker during this time.
