New Door Hardware Installation and Key Distribution

Dear Owners and Residents,
We wish to thank you for your continued patience and understanding during the refurbishment project.
Please read the following information carefully and follow provided instructions.
1) New Door Hardware Installation
New hardware installation will begin on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at approx. 9:00 a.m. to Monday, June 28, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
Installation will begin from the 12th floor, down. We anticipate to have 2 floors completed per day.
If you are not going to be home, please secure your pet. We can not make special accommodation during this project, and the corporation can not be held responsible should you pet wonders around or get lost.
A member of building staff or a Security Guard will be accompanies the locksmiths
2) New high security suite keys
Every unit is assigned a unique high security key.
Locks and hardware may NOT be modified, changed, replaced, or repaired by unit owners. Please report any issues to the management office. Any modifications as described above will be removed and replaced at unit owners expense.
3) Picking up your new keys
Each unit will be issued 2 keys
Owners may pick up their keys by presenting a piece of photo identification, bearing your name as it appears on the corporation's records
Tenants may pick up their keys, by presenting a valid photo identification, bearing your name as it appears on your lease, matching corporation's records
If you are a tenant and have not registered with the management office, you MUST present a copy of your lease, a valid photo identification matching the lease document.
Keys can be picked up from the Concierge desk on the P1 level office Thursday, June 16, Friday, June 17, and Monday, June 20 between the hours 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. & On Sunday, June 19 between 8:00 a.m. to 10: a.m.
To order additional keys, please contact the management office after July 4, 2022 and you will be provided with the necessary instructions.
