Dear Owners;

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of carpets in the original colours as ordered have been delayed.   The Corporation has been presented with two options.

Option 1 (blue): Wait for the original colour to arrive within 8-10 Weeks.

Option 2 (brown): Go with an alternative colour suggested which is available now. 

The Board of Directors would like to survey the owners to make a final unanimous decision.  

The images below provide you with rendering of both options.  You may also stop by the West corridor on the 2nd floor to see the proposed carpet.  

We sincerely appreciate your input this matter.  Please ensure to vote as soon as possible as we would like to avoid further delays.
