Dear Owners and Residents:

This is a friendly reminder that all residents are expected to respect and follow the rules of the Corporation and exercise care while using the common areas.

You are reminded that parking is only permitted in designated areas of the building.  Parking at walkways, ramps, and other common areas is strictly prohibited and will be enforced up to and including tagging and towing of the offending vehicle.

Visitor Parking spaces are for use by visitors only.   Residents may not use these spots even for a short period of time.  

All visitors must register with the Concierge or at the lobby.  Unregistered vehicles will be tagged by Toronto Police Parking Enforcement Unit.
