Annual In-suite Life Safety Equipment Repairs
Dear owners and Residents;
Please be advised that our fire protection contractor, Torbram Fire Protection, will be conducting a series of repairs as required under the Fire Code. They will require access to the following units on Monday, August 22, 2022 between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To replace recalled Heat Detectors: suite 116, 412, and 317
To replace old or damaged Heat Detectors: suites 307, 403, 413, 510, 612, 906, 1104, 1009
To Inspect: 211, 213, 214, 708, 1012
To replace expired Smoke Alarms: 301, 303, 317, 414, 702, 705, 707, 713, 714, 808, 815, 901, 902, 911, 1112
To replaced damaged combo detector: 105, 107, 1203
Please accept this notice as our Entry Notice, required by the Condominium Act.
Also note that painting, removing, and tempering with fire and life safety equipment is strictly forbidden. Any such behavior is not only hazardous to your safety, but also will result in chargeback to offending units in order to recover all related repair costs and fines.
