Waste Disposal at Turnberry Court
Dear owners and Residents;
This is a friendly reminder to all residents, asking for your support and cooperation to keep our community clean and safe.
Please follow these simple steps,
Waste & Recycling
Sort your household waste and Recycle. Not sure how to sort and recycle? please refer to City of Toronto - Waste Management Website.
Waste (Garbage) for any unit should be bagged and deposited only in the Refuse (Chute) Room or the designated Garbage/Recycling area.
Be courteous to your neighbours and building staff, do not leave garbage on the floor, outside of your suite door, chute room floor or any other common areas.
Please do not flush kitty litter or other similar animal waste in the toilets This will cause major blockage in sewer lines and will flood your home! Double bag them and place them in the garbage.
Do not put large items, cardboard boxes, pizza boxes, toys, and any loose item down the chute.
Recyclables should be dropped off at the designated recycling bin located by the Visitor Parking area (East side)Recycle batteries. Do not put them in the garbage.
Batteries can start a fire!
Bulk Waste & Hazardous
Residential Waste Large items and bulk waste can be only disposed of in designated areas, with the prior approval, and only Thursday evenings
Please submit your disposal request along with a picture of items to be disposed off to the management office.
Hazardous Waste will not be accepted at Turnberry Court. Please dispose of your Hazardous Waste, such as paint, and other chemicals at one the city waste transfer stations. Additional information can be found HERE.
