Dear owners and Residents;

Please be advised that on Wednesday, August 23, 2022, at approximately 6:30 p.m. we experienced a building wide fire alarm.  As required, Toronto Fire responded to this incident, inspected the affected zones and the fire panel was cleared.

We are pleased to inform you that all building systems functioned as built and designed.  Further investigation revealed that a LED light tube in P2 electrical room failed and the resulting smoke triggered the fire alarm.  Necessary service call has been placed.

In the event of a fire alarm, we encourage residents to follow the previously communicated instructions from the building Fire Safety Plan.
