Suite Door Inspection

In order to comply with the requirements of the Ontario Fire Code, the following suite doors will be inspected and adjusted to close and latch on their own. This is a mandatory inspection and repair. Other accommodations can NOT be made. A member of the building staff or a Security Guard will accompany our contractors.

Suites 104, 111, 114, 201, 206, 307, 314, 410, 608, 706, 905, 909, 1102, 1104, 1105, and 1110.

Please be also reminded that any modification, replacement, and changes to the doors, and locks that may prevent the Corporation enter the unit during an emergency is strictly prohibited.   The Corporation reserves the right to remove such modifications at the owner's expense.

P1 accessible Door Operator

During the above mentioned date and times, the technicians will be working on repairing the Accessible operator on P1 door.  Please drive carefully while workers are on-site and refrain from interfering with the work.
