Dear Owners and Residents,

On behalf of the Corporation, I wish to thank you for your patience and understanding during the delivery and installation of our new generator.  Once the new generator is completely on-line, the roof-top unit will be decommissioned to comply with the exitinsing codes.   This is a great step forward in ensuring that the building has adequate and reliable emergency power supply.

The electricians will be working on connecting the new generator to automatic transfer switches on  the mechanical penthouse.  We estimate this work will take approx. 1 - 2 weeks.  Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
