Dear Owners and Residents,

We have noticed an increasing number of improperly disposed of cigarette butts.  This is not only unsightly,  but also hazardous  to the health and well being of local wildlife.  Please respect our community and our environment. 

Please use the ashtrays provided at the either entrance of the building and do not litter.
