Dear Owners and Residents,
Please note that our contractor, Northern Generators, will be conducting a series of tests in order to commission our new backup generator located at the East side of the property.
Date & Time
Tuesday, October 4, 2022
09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During this time, the old generator located on the mechanical PH will be inspected and decommissioned by Northern Generator.
At the same time, the new generator will be going under inspection by TSSA and a full load test. Full load test will take approx. 2 hours. During this time, there will be a short interruption (for a couple of seconds) when Automated Transfer Switches are tested. Once these services/inspections are completed, the Corporation will be issued the necessary certificates by TSSA (Technical Safety Standard Authority) and ESA (Electrical Safety Authority).
