Dear Owners and Residents;
This is a friendly reminder that we are scheduled to begin the Underground Garage Dry Sprinkler Repairs.
Please review the details and instructions provided below and take the necessary actions. Should you require assistance, please reach out to myself or Roy before the deadline of October 6 and we will do our best to accommodate you in this matter. If your vehicle or property is not removed as noted below, the Corporation and its agents can not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
NOTE:
1) There will be No Visitor Parking during the project
2) Residents are NOT Permitted to park in the Visitor Parking, unless a permit is issued to you by Roy. Curbside parking is NOT permitted.
3) All unregistered vehicles or vehicles parked on the curbs will be tagged, without exception.
4) If your vehicle is not registered to 5795 Yonge Street, you do not qualify for parking consideration and will need to make alternative arrangements.

Tuesday, October 25 & Wednesday, October 26, and Friday, October 28.
Scope of work:
Day 1 - Tuesday, October 25
08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
P1 upper and lower levels
P1 upper level- 30 cars to move all spots
P1 lower level, 15 cars to move #s 28,29,34,35,36,44,45,46,47,48,49,58,59,70, plus bicycle rack
Day 2 - Wednesday, October 26
08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
P2 upper and lower levels and P3
P2 upper level, 28 cars to move All spots
P2 lower level, 17 spots to move #s 29,30,31,34,35,36,37,45,46,47,48,49,50,58,59,70,71 and 2 bicycle stations (all bicycles)
P3 28 spots All cars to be moved.
Day 3 - Friday, October 28
08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
