Dear Owners and Residents,

The Corporation is in the process of updating the Fire Safety Plan for our community.  

As part of this update, we are required to provide Toronto Fire Services with the information regarding the people who require assistance to evacuate in case of an emergency.  There is optional information that can be provided and this information is only shared with Toronto Fire to ensure the safety of you and your family.

Information collected in the form is private and confidential and will only be used for the purpose of updating the Fire Safety Plan, as required by the Ontario Fire Code.
