Dear Owners and Residents:

Please note of the following items;

1) Improper Garbage Disposal: As previously reminded the cardboard boxes do not go down the chute.  This behaviour cost you expensive repairs to the chute and compactor system.  All recycling must be brought down to the blue bins provided. 

2) Repair work in Compactor Room:  Please note that on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 the following work will take place on P1 Compactor Room, a) Compactor Room will be replaced, & b) Repair work on the tractor.   During this time, please be careful driving in and out of the underground garage and look for workers in the area. 

3) Recycling Blue Bin Relocation:  For your convenience, effective Wednesday, November 23, 2022 one of the recycling (blue) bins will be relocated to P1 level, near P1-20 parking spot.   Please do not leave garbage and recyclables on the floor.

4) 11th floor electrical closet door painting:  Please note that 11th floor Electrical Closet doors will be painted on Thursday, Nov 24 & Friday, Nov 25th.   During this time, please exercise caution around workers and refrain from touching the fresh pain. 

5) Noise:  It has been brought to our attention that residents are hosting dogs overnight and causing nuisance.  Please note that we are a "No Dog" building.  Only service dogs that have been previously approved by the Board are permitted on the premises.   All owners and tenants are expected to observe the corporation's rules.   

All off-site owners are asked to share notices with their tenants and ensure that the managment office has a valid email address for each rented unit.
