Monthly Fire Inspection: Our contractors, Torbram Fire, will be conducting the monthly fire inspection and testing of the Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems. During this time, the fire alarm may sound intermittently for a brief period of time. Please notify the office if any changes in your family, or individuals who may require assistance in case of an emergency.

Gym Preventative Maintenance: Please note that a technician will be on-site to perform preventative maintenance on our gym equipment. Please do not use the gym if they are working on the equipment. The process should not take longer than one (1) hour.
We kindly ask to notify the management office or the concierge staff with any issues or problems in the gym area.

METROLINX Open House: As TTC and Metrolinx are engaged in extension of YNSE Line 1 from Finch Station all the way up to Richmond Hill, adding five stations along the route. Representatives of Metrolinx will be setting an information booth in the lobby on Monday, Dec 5, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to speak with residents about the project and answer any questions that you may have. There will be resources such as Project fact sheets, paper trains and buses and colouring pages, and stickers for the children.

All off-site owners are asked to share notices with their tenants and ensure that the management office has a valid email address for each rented unit.
