Dear Owners and Residents:

During the recent years, Toronto Fire Services has taken an aggressive approach in ensuring the highrise and residential buildings are in full compliance with the Ontario Fire Code.

In order to ensure that we are compliant with the relative sections of the Fire Code, Lifeline Fire Protection Services will be conducting a building-wide Fire Code Compliance Audit.   This is in addition to required Annual Fire Inspection.

This audit will include inspection of all common areas and suite doors. The auditor will be accompanied by one of the building staff and will only access your suite to assess  the suite door closure system and  is functional as required by the Code.
