The three main elements of a safe and success Fire Safety and Fire Prevention begins with you.
Prevention: Prevent fires from occuring in your suite. Your Preporty Manager can always help you to identify risks and engage the necessary resources.
Detection: Your suite is equipped with life safety devices such as Smoke Detector or Heat Detectors. Do not paint them or remove them. It is a matter of life & death!
Get to know your escape route: Have you ever walked down the your emergency exit route. Familiarise yourself with the path and any obstacles that may be in your way.
Do you have an elderly that may need assitance? Anyone in your house hold use mobility devices? Anyone who maybe hard of hearing? Let the management office know. There are existing procedures in place to assist those who need assitance.
Do you have a Pet? Have your registred your pet with the management office? Contact the management office to register your pet (not limited to dogs and cats only). Send us a the name, breed, picture, and weight of your pet.
