Dear Owners and Residents,
There have been several inquiries submitted to the management with regards to Maximum Clearance of underground garage at Turnberry Court.
Please be advised that as per section 21 of MTCC805 rules following applies;
iii) Unless authorized by the Concierge or Manager for a move or maintenance operation, parking is prohibited when a motor vehicle:
(I) Has a height of 1.7 metres (5' 6") or more;
(2) Has a cap or other equipment installed that exceeds its body dimension;
(3) Exceeds a seating capacity of seven (7) seat positions;
( 4) Does not display a current vehicle license plate that permits its operation on a municipal street; or
(5) Is not maintained in a condition to permit its operation on a municipal street (Vehicle must be roadworthy, plated and insured).
Also as per section 21,
vii) If a motor vehicle leaks fluid:
(1) It shall be immediately removed from the property until repaired;
(2) Absorbent shall be placed over the spill to prevent asphalt damage; and
(3) The event shall be reported to the management to obtain their assistance.
The continuous use of cardboard or other material under a car to prevent fluids from leaking on the asphalt is prohibited. The motor vehicle must be removed from the property until repaired.
