Dear Owners and Residents:
Please be advised that our electrical contractors, Signature Electric, will be on site to complete the electrical repairs to panels affected by the New Year's Eve power incident and outage.

Time:
07:00am staging
08:00am Repairs will begin
Work is expected to end between 5:00 to 6:00pm.
Important items to note:
• Project completion time is subject to change due to complexity of the project.
• Water delivery to upper floors will be interrupted as recirculating pumps are serviced by the panel being replaced.
• Water will be available on the lower levels and gym areas.
• There will be only Emergency lighting on P1, P2, and P3. Please obey the speed limit of MAX of 10 km/hr.
• Drive with your full headlights ON.
• Be aware of the workers and other pedestrians.
• There will be auxiliary electrical cables running throughout the underground garage, drive carefully.
• There will be an auxiliary generator running behind the building to provide lighting and power to the workers in P2. We do apologize about any noise and inconvenience this may cause.
• Please do NOT idle your vehicle in the garage as exhaust fans are not operational.
• The garage door will be left open, please share the ramp. Exit on the Right side of the ramp and Enter on the Left side of the ramp, as you drive on a road.
• Do not charge the garage door. Be aware of your blind spots.
• Do not interfere with the workers and their work area
• Bell and Rogers services will most likely be affected. This means Internet, TV and other services provided by them may not be available on March 15. Please plan accordingly. The technicians will do their best to provide power to Bell and Rogers boxes, where possible.
