Preparation by unit owner/residents
• There may be water interruption to the listed risers during the project.
• Clear the area under the kitchen sink and around your washer and dryer
• Remove all fragile items from the work areas.
• Secure your pets in a room or cage. This process can generate mechanical noise that can be disturbing to your pets.
• There may be a need to cut open the wall in the laundry room to access the drain lines.
• If at any time during the project, your kitchen sink or laundry line starts backing up, please call the Superintendent (during the business hours) or the concierge desk (after business hours).
Stack cleaning is a mechanical process by which the grease and sediments build up is removed to allow free flowing of grey (waste) water. Stack Cleaning is part of good building maintenance and should be planned every two (2) years or as needed.
We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
Kind regards,
