Between 08:00 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Please remove all vehicles, and any personal belongings from your parking spot.  All material(s) left behind will be disposed of and the Corporations can not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

There will be no visitor parking after 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2023.  

Any visitor vehicles parked after 9:00 p.m. are subject to enforcement and will be tagged at owner's expense.  

Alternative parking arrangements

1) Visitor parking spots will be made available to residents after 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27,  Please register your vehicle with Roy prior to April 14.  First come, first served. 

2) To accommodate the remainder of the vehicles, the Corporation is arranging street parking with the Toronto Police and City of Toronto.  Only vehicles that are registered to our property (5795 Yonge Street) qualify for Parking Consideration.   Please drop off a copy of your vehicle registration at the concierge desk by no later than Monday, April 10, 2023.

3) Additional parking spaces are available at the adjoining TTC parking lot.

4) Parking in Fire Lane is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
