Dear Owners,

Please note that at a duly called and held meeting of Directors on April 25, 2023, the following changes were made;

1) Javier Solis has relinquished the position of President due to demands from his professional life.  Javier will remain a member of the Board for the remainder of his term.

2) Rosalie Black was appointed as the President of the Board until the upcoming AGM. 

3) Fernando Gomez has decided to leave the Board due to increasing demand from his job. 

4) Valerie Lai will continue to serve as the Secretary of the Board until the AGM. 

5) Alison Hartshorn will continue on the Board until the upcoming AGM, when the term is due. 

At this time one (1) position remains vacant until the upcoming AGM or an appointment by the Board.
